Details

Beautiful 2012 FSR Fender American Standard Jazz in Hand-Stained Wine Red. Absolutely killer tone, and the lightest Jazz I've ever owned (8 lbs., 6.3 oz). 250 of these were made, with the first 50 being signed on the back of the headstock by Fender's Jeff Allen, who I believe was Head of Production at the time. This one is #3 of 50.

Includes original hardshell case, which is like new because I normally use a gigbag. I keep waffling on whether I should sell this one, but I really need to unload a couple. I'm running out of room. This one will not disappoint.

Shipping included, so price is firm. But of course if you're local in the Memphis area (or a reasonable meet-up distance from Memphis), I'll sell it to you for $1,100.00. Shipping rates have skyrocketed lately.

Lovely bass!
@Jeff K - If you change your mind (esp. in the very near future) please PM me, this hits the sweet spot of Jazzes for me!
Even if you change your mind in the distant future...great vintage, great looking...
It really IS a nice bass. I always like to keep one bass at my daughter's house in case something terrible would happen at my house (tornado, etc.). That way I wouldn't be "bass-less". :D This one was over there for awhile just sitting in it's case.

When I decided to put it up for sale, I brought this one home and put a different one at her house. Started messing around with it and realized I had forgotten how good it sounds and just how light it is. Thought to myself, "Nah, I just can't bring myself to sell this!"

But the good news (for potential buyers) is that I DO tend to be wishy-washy when it comes to selling. I just never know when I'll decide something has to go. I'm getting old and certainly don't need all the basses I have. My trouble (well, ONE of my troubles) is that I really like everything I have now...

Let me know what it would take to encourage wishy-washyness.
