Fender Japan Jazz - Neck Stamp

Hi there. Recently had to take the neck off my japan 62 ri jazz bass - from the early nighties according to the serial number. Truss road only accessible with neck removed on these. I discovered the neck is stamped 8-11 and was wondering what that stands for. Day and month? Bass should be from 93/94 according to the serial on the same neck, bought it used some years ago. Anyone has similar numbers on their necks?

Thank you for your reply, @Aggers . And sorry for my super late response. Turns out I made a mistake here. The production is actually printed on the back of the neck and reads "Crafted in Japan". My dating was thus off a few years, 1997-2000 according to the fender page. I was mislead by the "O" leading the serial number, sorry for the wrong date. Very interesting info on the Tokai factory, I enjoyed reading up on it. Attaching a pic of the bass in full, one of my favourites these days. :-)
