Fender Jazz 24 neck

Anyone know where I can get a neck for this bass? Mine has a bad neck and needs replacement. I don't know if i should trust one from Ebay as it may we also warped. Fender does not offer replacements and the bass was discontinued. It's an awesome bass so I'd like to save it if possible. Thanks!!

I own one of these basses and have had nothing but good luck with it (knock-knock-knock), how is the neck bad?

I know, I've had it for a few years and the only thing that happened was a bad pot and occasional preamp issue, nothing major though. I brought it in for a setup and the guy said the neck had too much bow. He tried replacing the truss rod, putting it in a vice and putting heat to the neck. No luck, he tightened the rod as far as possible without breaking it and said the neck is shot. Nobody makes a replacement, I was thinking of having another shop take a look at it I guess.
I really love the bass and the body is really nice, it's just sitting on my rack at the moment. This sucks man!
