Fender jazz am deluxe 5 bridge replacement

Hi,
I have a 2011 Fender jazz american deluxe 5 and I would change the bridge to have 17,5 mm string spacing. ..
I'm better with these measures
What do you suggest?
I saw Hipshot A style 5 Fender Mount that could be perfect, but I read that someone had problem with the screws
