Fender Jazz Bass Value

I will be looking at a 2014 Fender American Standard Jazz Bass tonight that has an American Deluxe neck with the inlays in it. It has no scratches on it, and comes with a G & G tweed case. The seller is asking $1300 for it. Is this a good buy?

I know others are going to say you need to be a supporting member to ask for pricing. However I will say you should use Reverb as a resource on pricing.

The American Standard basses have a 4-bolt, 20-fret neck. The American Deluxe basses have a 5-bolt, 21-fret neck. Unless I'm misunderstanding something, that neck won't fit on that body.
