Fender Jazz question

I have an American Elite Jazz bass, pretty great instrument, but I personally am not a big fan of any of the color options they had available. Sunburst looks too common to me, black is too specific to Geddy imo, the white which I have looks alright, but its very plain.

This is a question I never even considered until recently, so I really have no idea what is involved in this, but how would you go about painting one of these things? Pay someone to do it somewhere? How do you find these people? How do I know they arent going to do a hack job on it? Im not looking for some weird design or complex pattern, I actually just want to hook it up with a unique solid color, like those old surf green 60s jazz basses, or maybe something else. Not even sure yet. But this would include wanting the head of the bass to match. But how the heck do you do that and keep the fender logo?

Its too bad they dont offer any cool colors anymore, just the bleh sunburst, black, and white.
