Fender JB62US-BDM Question

Hi all psycho bassist's!

Just a quick question on the Japanese made JB62US-BDM Fender Jazz bass. Does anyone know a definate 100% answer if the JB62US-BDM has a copper strip behind the bridge pickup infront of the baddass II bridge or not?

Sorry for digging up the old thread but since I bought one last Saturday (imported espeically by Charlie Chandler in London) I can answer the question

1. Yes it does have the copper strip
2. There is also the funny button at the back of the headstock
3. It now comes in a white pickguard
4. The picture does not do it justice - the colour is sort of pearlescent red
5. It is f*****g georgeous

aplogies for posting (I am a guitarist by training so have pity on my lack of musical and rythmical knowledge) - but the bass is beautiful and sounds ... well great

I think these basses are the nicest I've seen. I like the JB75fc too. Block inlays and ashtrays.
