Fender MIM Tuner replacements?

Anyone here know a QUALITY direct replacment for Fender MIM tuners (machines) ?
Something that will swap out directly with no mods?
Are the Highway 1 tuners the same as the MIM?

This isn't what you are looking for, but what's wrong with the stock tuners? I think they are supposed to be pretty good...
