Fender mustang bass offset

Hi, I was wondering if the mustang offset bass is bound to disapear as other fender models tend to do. anybody knws anything about this?

It would surprise me though if Fender did away with a line that has made them money all these years.

The Gibson, Jazz and Rascal are no longer in production although I still see the Jazz new on Amazon, only black ones left it seems.
