Fender Mustang Micro Plus better for bass than original?

So, a good news/bad news situation... I went to use my Micro Plus the other day, and found that the button on the side to shift through presets was stuck. I'm not sure how it happened, as far as I know it's just been sitting on my desk since the last time I used it when the button worked. Other than the preset button it still works, but it's pretty annoying to lose that function on the device. I think I can still use the app to change presets, but haven't tried. This was just a month after purchasing it.

Now the good news. I reached out to Fender customer support, and they're shipping me a new one to replace the broken unit. The email I got back said that if I'd purchased it less than 2 years ago (is this model even that old yet?) all they needed was the original receipt. So, thanks Fender, and I hope the new one is a little more reliable.

Hi
I loved my Micro Plus
Until it stopped working
Bluetooth input fine, but very very very attenuated / almost no sound from any of my basses, and the tuner doesnt register anything

So I thought, oh well, I'll get another one - it also happened on this one, but after 10 mins of playing (initially fine)

Any more people had problems?

I found this guy with same problem:

I don't know where to look on guitar forums to see if others there had issues
