Fender or Acoustic

I think playing thru the PA at church is starting to cause trouble.......so....GAS time.

In my area, I can get a Fender Rumble 60 or an Acoustic B100 for roughly the same price.

Which should I get? Either will work (power wise) as well as the other for my venue. ( smallish church )

Don't just say...get this or that. Educate me.

I'm even open for suggestions of other equipment.....but I've decided used isn't an option....I just don't know enuff about the innards.

I'm looking at a price range of $250-$300.

Okay I just said it. :D As far as education, you need one lesson, which I'm sure you'll enjoy. Go to GC and compare the Acoustic B200 to anything close to it's price range. Your own ears will tell you. You'll dig it! Take your own axe, play around with the EQ, enjoy the pure RMS power, shake the place up a bit! When I tried out the B200H and the stack I was throwin' my money down the next day. It was like a "tonal 70's flashback moment" for me. The B200 has the same amp as the B200H just comes as a combo. Acoustic Amplification is owned by GC and they have a 3 year warranty. To me that simply means if anything bad were to happen I simply go back and get another one and give them the old one. But that in itself is very unlikely as they have really done their homework with these things and are determined to bring back the great legacy Acoustic name in a very big way. For example stay tuned for around Halloween/early November they should be rolling out the B600H along with a B810 cab!

Best of Luck!

The Acoustic B200H is a great combo - the B200 with B115 or B410 is even better. Big huge sound and tight.

I think you'd like the smaller Acoustic over any Rumble.
