It is certainly about build quality. A Fender Jazz is great, but if you offered me a Sadowsky....not even close man. I have Fender's and really dig them and they work just fine for me but if I could afford a Lakland Glaub or Sadowsky Jazz I would buy them. With this being said, I have had some great....I mean great $600-$700 MIA Fenders.

I took a 3 month hiatus and went to North Korea, knocking door to door to ask residents to sign petitions for "Democracy Now!" and "Talkbass: freedom of expression/treble sucks".


US emissaries now are trying to negotiate my release from a prison camp in the North Korean jungles. However, one of the guards and I got into a debate over which onboard preamp is better: Sadowsky or the North Korean Fission dual band U235-Pu94. Uh oh...time's up, back to my bamboo cage.
