Fender Pickup Serial Numbers

My '73 Jazz Bass has two different types of serial numbers, and I can't make sense of it. Nothing appears to have been resoldered, like they put a replacement identical pickup in, but there's no info anywhere that I can find regarding serial numbers of pickups.
The bridge pickup is #19382 , and neck is 6372.
Obviously the 6372 made some kind of sense, appearing to have been wound in '72 would be right, with the pots having "3972" on them.
Has anyone been successful at figuring out the serial numbers of the 70's Fender basses pickups?

Thanks!

38th week of '72
37th week of '72

on those early stamps before 1974, the center two digits are teh week, the last digit is the year.

after 74 they changed to six digit numbers; center two are the week and the last two the year.

thanks, fella's; that's absolutely as close as I need to get. it's obvious to me that the pickups are original from the factory, with the soldering being undisturbed and all, but it just rung a little weird that the numbers didn't LOOK like a match. thanks again!!!
