    Hello,
I'm in the process of restoring an '83 Elite II, and was looking for a couple of the real parts. I need one of the tuners and three of the knobs. If anyone is selling or has any leads on these unique parts, please let me know. Thanks!

Good luck finding parts. The fine tuner knobs are unobtainable. I had 3 Precision Elite II basses and luckily they had “all their parts”. This was in the 90s, and even then, people were saying the fine tuners were nearly impossible to find.

I should've been most specific sorry! Luckily I do have the fine tuners. What I need is one tuning machine and three control knobs. like pictured.[IMG]

Pretty sure the “F” knobs are made from unobtainium.

Yeah. The tuners are almost impossible to find as well. Those have the die cast tuner heads. All of the "F" knobs are hard to find (US and Japanese), and if you do find them, prepare to pay an arm and a leg.

    Hi Jim,
From the pictures you posted I see you already found my website dedicated to Elite.
As said by others parts are hard to find and expensive.
I see them on ebay somtime but not often.
