Fender Rumble 100 Problem

Hi there fellow bassplayers,

I just got my new Fender 100W amplifier today but I'm not able to enjoy it because of a rattling noise comming out of the amp. I started searching for the problem and I think I found it, there's something loose in the tube itself. It moves when I turn it around but I'm not able to get it out of there since I have no idea what to do to open it, not breaking the vulnerable tube carton..

Any idea how I should solve this?

If you bought it new, send it back. Not sure what you mean about a loose "tube".

I thought the Fender Rumble series combos were all S.S.,????

I have had the rumble 60 for like 2 years and it has been quality. If I were you I would send it back, thats messed up.
