Fender Rumble 200 make Pop Sound when turn on & Low Output

Hey Guys..... I have a friend Fender Rumble 200 V3. The problem with that is it make a loud pop sound when I turn it on & now I have to max out the volume to get sound. I’ve check my bass....change the battery out of my bass and use a few other bass guitars and still have a low output. I repaired a old fender rumble 100 that have a slight hum when Powered up due to the filter caps needed resoldering but this fender don’t have that problem.... Would like to know what is the problem ASAP & the solution.....Thanks!

For diagnostics purposes...
Was the amp working OK when you first got it from your friend?
If it was, what did you do differently, if anything, later, around the time the problem started?
