Fender Rumble 410 on closeout for $199

i played it at the house a bit, then threw it into a waiting road case and took it to a gig. I DI from my amp and we use IEM's. I typically play with one in and one out so I have some sense of reality. The Rumble 410 was just fine. Seemed to handle the low B with no issues. Plenty of volume. With everything basically flat the tone was fine. I know this may seem like an underwhelming review, but it's just the opposite. I think I got a great deal and I'm quite happy. I'm thinking about buying another one. $400 810 anyone?

I believe these are 4 ohm cabs. Is your amp 2 ohm stable?

Thanks for the review.

Man, this is a great deal, especially for somebody who doesn't have a lot of equipment and is looking for a 410. I got one of these for my son about 6 or 8 months ago and had it shipped to my house. I got to mess with it for about 3 days before he got here to pick it up. I wasn't expecting it to sound as good as it did. If money is tight and you need a decent 410, go for it! I really don't think you'd regret it.

Bought one from Zzounds for $166 plus $11 for shipping about 3 weeks ago. Can't beat that price for a 500 watt 4x10. Only thing is I have not played it since I do not currently have an amp head for it. Planning on buying one this weekend if I can find a deal. Zzounds has Hartke LH500 blemished for $249. Still comes with all factory warranty. Would be a good fit with the new Fender cab. Tempting tempting.

EDIT: Let me add that the build quality of the cab is really good. Heavy, but built well. Once the casters are on though, it wheels around pretty nice. I particularly like the tolex with metal corners instead of the carpet, since I have pets.

I just got one of these yesterday. My cat looked at in disgust, as if to say "what am I supposed to do with this".
