I am going to be getting the hartke LH1000w amp head since its cheap and has a lot of power, but I am wondering what is a better fit for it, the fender rumble 4x10 had 1000w but I have never seen much on reviews. Than I found a hartke 1000w cab as well that was a 4x10 but was 200$ more. Which should I get? anyone that has tried it, I would want lots of low end and volume, not to into the treble and mids. More like a7x style.

Fender rumble 4x10 or hartke 4x10?

Hartke's (or pretty much anything else) will be far better than the Fender Rumble. The Rumble series is, as already stated, aimed at beginners and it's not very good.
Nothing wrong at all with a 4x10. Assuming you buy a 8ohm cabinet (which the vast majority are) then you'll have no problems running two of them together from any head. Though your needs may very well be covered amply by just one 4x10.
