Fender Rumble 75 watt Driver Upgrade B12A-2

No problem with replacement which i read a report from other forum about Eminence basslite S2012 CANT fit the Rumble 75.
After install & sound test, it still a Rumble 75 sound BUT become LOUDER & MORE STABLE LOW. IT dint LOSE the hi mid & treble.
at 3 o'clock position, i get distorsion free Tight TONE. I cant stay with this volume in my bed room~~ KILL MY EAR.
I also found the volume with B12A-2 at between 10 to 11 o'clock position now, SAME LOUD as stock driver at 12 o'Clock position.
Happy with this driver upgrade.

Wednesday I replaced the stock speaker in my 2004 Peavey BASIC112 with a Basslite S2012. Sounds FAB! I also lined the cab while I was at it. Its now the perfect companion to my EPI El Capitan AEB with FDeck's HPFv3!

I used the one inch thick type. Most will say it's way overkill and to just use a mattress topper or similar. I've been using this type for over 5 years and never had a problem, always positive results. YMMV

Very Interesting! I have a Rumble 75 too. Looks like a hundred dollars or so would do for the acoustic foam lining and Eminence Beta-12A. Very tempting.
if u just play with below 12 o'clock, the stock driver are sing good enough. This driver upgrade for someone like me who sometime play over 12 ~3 o'clock volume & who using the Rumble 75 as Digital Drum Amp.
