Back in the Rumble Club!!!!!!
I traded my Carvin MB210 for a Rumble V3 100.
Why exchange a 250 watt 2x10 for a 100 watt 112?
The Carvin was great, BUT!
It weighed more, was louder than I need for rehearsal. And we're playing more gigs with strong FOH. This will be my monitor only.
Rather than bring my Mesa SubwayD800 and 112 to these gigs, I'll bring this tiny featherweight, capable and toneful little guy.

I have an amp stand from Musicians Friend that I use under my Rumble 100 to get it up in the air. Can't remember what I paid for it but it works quite well!First gig with the Rumble 100!
I discovered after getting to the gig that there wasn't enough FOH support to run my bass through so this little guy had to do all the work.
I'd be lying if I said it wasn't a struggle, but I was told I could be heard out in the crowd, so I guess it was a good gig!
I think I need to get myself a wedge or something to angle it up a bit. Unless there's a procedure to implant ears in my ankles.

Check this website out Gremson..a few Rumble members have opted for these stands..they double as isolation stands as well as angle the amp up towards the player...link below.First gig with the Rumble 100!

Take a look at the MudStand. I have the"Mini"which will hold a R200c so your R100c should be fine.First gig with the Rumble 100!

Yeah, except the R100c doesn't have an external speaker jack.Another great amp stand is to put a rumble extension cab under your rumble 100.![]()

Yeah, except the R100c doesn't have an external speaker jack.
Well then in that case, it would be a rather expensive amp stand.
With the greatest of ease!Just wandering a bit , could a 4 ohm speaker be put in the Rumble 200 combo . that would allow it to do the full 200 watts without a extra cab ?
IF you got a 2nd R100, they can be connected-effect Send of one to effect Return of the other. Stack them, get 100w from each and the top one will be closer to yer ears. I have an R200c and a R112 cab, but for lower volume rooms I just put the R200c on an angled stand(brand-Amp Stand-original name isn't it?). If I'd known of the 2 x R100s trick, I'd have gone that route. I love my R200c, but it Alone is overkill for many of our gigs. BTW,we NEVER have FOH, rarely go into(our)PA. Hope this gives you a couple of choices in addition to a stand.Yeah, except the R100c doesn't have an external speaker jack.

Welcome to Talkbass!!! You were playing with Mariah Carey?Went from touring with a SWR SM 900, and two goiliaths, after health problems took me off the road, and friend got tired of lugging one 4x10, I purchased the Rumble 500. It was within a week of its initial release and for the last couple years its been all I've needed. Of course, its not the SWR set up, but I'm not playing with Mariah Carey either. At times I felt we were pushing the 500 a little hard. i just purchased the Stage 800. I have the 500 and 800 side by side the versatility out of the box is a game changer. Of course there's more than you'll ever need. But i find it hard to believe that you cannot dial in a decent version of your desired tone(s). I went to the Freddie Washington preset and played along with "Forget me Nots' just for kicks and it was dead on. Move past presets and the pure amp sound has some body to it. I haven't been able to get the Tone app to connect or set up, with the amp. I'll figure it out. read the extended manual last night, there's so much here it justifies $200.00.
