that reply was wrong. The Rumble 410 differs in the ohmage of the voice coils only. Otherwise they are the same. All the 2x10s have identical drivers.
The active bass signal is too hot. Turn it down.

Also yes your active signal is just too hot going into the amp
Gradually turn down your bass's controls (Vol, Tone) until the noise goes away
Some amps have a passive/active inputs just for this reason
Not because of a noise but because the signal comes into the amp much hotter

Here's my Rumble 200 ... I'm very happy with it so far.
Yup! I got one for my R200c at a time when Fender covers weren't available. It is well made but not very thick-more like a dust cover. I like it but it won't protect from heavy "dings".
Yes, me too. If I crank the volume on the active bass(1 active, 4 passive), it sounds terrible and I know it's not the amp.
Of course, the 410 cab has different ohmage drivers than the 500 combo, as Linnin pointed out. But the 112 cab, what's left of them, also has a stronger driver than the 100 combo.
Other than that, the 210 cab has the same drivers as the 500 combo, again as Linnin pointed out. And IIRC, the 115 cab has the same driver as the 200 combo, which makes for a perfect match!

Picked up a 25 for a quiet practice amp that is actually using it's watts as opposed to pulling the stage 800 out every time and using a few lazy watts. I had started to use a Vox headphone amp at night, it gets the job done, but it's dryer than saltines in the desert.
Fired it up at lunch with my recently acquired Wilkins P, and damn! How do you get so much good beefy uumph from a little $100 box. Loving my Rumbles down here in the P-bass bliss zone.

I am usually (almost always) very careful with my amps when I transport them. I went ahead and ordered the cover for my Dr. Z. It's not going to leave the house very often. My Rumbles end up in the back seat of my car more these days. I made a ripstop nylon cover for my 100 myself a while ago, but I still need a cover for my 200. It's the one I use most.
I know the pain of backseat traveling. My stage 800 barely fits into the doors of my Elantra and I’ve got one little scratch because of it. I might have to make something for it or order one of those cases.
I, too, am careful with it. Just wanted folks to understand it's not a padded vinyl or whatever. I'm quite happy with it. Bought a second one for my R40.
You are welcome @Chrome Dome. That is what the whole club is for, and not just me. I wish more club members would step up to the plate and swing away.
As far as active basses go, I am not a fan, and do not own any. Although if Fender were to make a left-handed Elite Precision, I'd have to sell whatever I had to sell in order to afford one. I am baffled by the number of right-handers that don't own one.
What?! The Stage800/Rumble500&200 combos are all the very same diminutive size. You need to junk that thing and get a real musician's vehicle.
In '96 I decided I wanted a 5 string. I tried various brands but being "blessed" with short-ish fingers, I found the one that fit me best was a Les Paul 5er. After I bought it and played it awhile, it seemed to be losing tone-or something. I thought maybe the jack, or some wire, might be loose, so I opened up the control cavity. Lo and behold, there was a battery! I had no idea the thing was active. I admit to this somewhat sheepishly. Truth hurts.

Don't get me started on lazy watts just siting around all fat doing nothing but sucking down that expensive electric juice.
