It also bears mentioning that the gain control on the Rumbles works as a variable input pad, which is much more useful than separate passive/active inputs. The amp works just fine with the gain turned to zero.

Definitely. I'm usually at 7 or 8 o'clock on mine. I've experimented with it higher, but I like it low or off. Keep those"lazy"watts busy.

I would probably have one if my 2015 American Standard Precision left me wanting for anything. It just doesn't. I have it and a backup Yamaha P style bass. I don't crave another bass at all. It is nice to be satisfied with an instrument that just really does it for me.

Thought I'd share a different way to use a Rumble 200. There is an octave pedal on both guitars. The acoustic runs through the PA system only as a bass and guitar. There are two separate Telecaster signals. One goes into the Dr. Z and the dropped octave goes into the Rumble 200 for a very good bass tone. I use a double bass pedal on a cajon so it comes out as a bass drum and a snare. It's a lot of fun!

Anyone knows how I can change the EQ wide settings within a preset on the Stage 800?. Seven EQ points based on the Boss pedal EQ and I want to edit all seven points from 50HZ to 10 KHZ. When I'm in the settings and use the Encoder I cannot change the EQ points with the Encoder even if they red marked? Anyone?

Unpacked, put the Rumble 800 on top and connected the cabs. This certainly wakes up the total tone. I had been putting the Rumble combo on an amp stand to get it closer to my ears and that was fine, but adding the 15 to the 2x10 just widened the pallet totally. Even more pleased with rumble series now!
Had to include a pic of the rest of my basement rehearsal room. Yes, it is true and Inadmit Inam first a foremost drummer/ percussionist now taking bass lessons. Is that gonna get me kicked out of here?
