Run down the Custom Shop origins and the year.
Maybe they'll read past their prejudices.

Just had to make this fender rumble rave thread.

short story, tonight the drummer kn my band hosted a private garden party/festival, there was 5 bands playing and we provided the backline, in my case my rumble 500c.

I insisted too run the amp through the xlr output and into the PA instead of the DI box the soundguy had provided and as both musician and audience member for the night I just gotta say; WHAT A PHENOMENAL bass-sound! all the bands bassists sounded phenomenal into my Rumble and then into the PA! Like a first class professional bassrig. rumblepower for the win!

Also the soundguy wondered how the heck that little basscombo played that loud, since it was kinda playing louder than the pa system when some of the bassists turned it up ;-)

 Fender Rumbles Rock, Baby! Yes They Do :smug:

Ah, so that's why the amps crackle a bit when adjusting the master volume. It's not crackle. It's class d knashing of teeth from an amp pissed off because the player won't let it roar :bassist:
