The only problem I have pairing with the v3 Rumble 200 combo with anything is that the amp puts out 140 watts to the internal speaker at 8 ohms and then splits it with an extension cab to generate the full 200 watts. Although you can pair it with different cabs, I don't feel like that's much power to split between two cabs IMHO.

You might say it's only 60 watts, but thinking of it in terms of percentages, it's about a 30% increase in wattage. Moreover, more speaker area is always a good thing for bass.
What does the 200C have, a 12"? I'd think another 12 would be killer.
Oh it's plenty! Just ask @Derek (Rumble 115) and @ubernator (Rumble112). I forget who just got a Rumble 210 to put under his Rumble 200 combo.
I said that backwards I meant is the 200w enough to do the cab justice. As we get further in this thread I see that 30% increase is mentioned and that of course more air moving is a good thing always. Also the 200c is a 1x15 the 100c is a 12.
I might still try it with a 12. I have two 12's driven by a 500H and to my ear they sound a lot like a 15, but are tighter with less of the oomph. I'd expect a volume jump and bit more definition from the midrange. OTOH, I have also played through the 210 cab, and it would probably also pair well with that 15. You'd just have to try it and see, but I see nothing to stop you from at least trying and see if it gets you anything that's worth the price of the cab.
And at the risk of sounding like Linnen, the 500C is a little beast of an amp, and stands on it's own any day.

200c & 112 here, and it Rumbles quite nicely!
Yep that's me-I now stack the Rumble V3 200(15") with the sweet Rumble 2x10" cabinet-as we say in my neck 'o the woods-it smacks ASS!!
