Fender Rumble Club

I can see it being more of a issue with a stack.
Actually, it improves the situation. Before I got the 2x10 to compliment my 500c, I used a kick back stand and I found it difficult to see and make adjustments. With the 500c sitting on top of the 2x10, it raises it up so it is easier to see and reach. My only concern with the controls on top is something falling on and breaking breaking them.

I stack the two of them (40 and 100) and use the $13 Fender one-button round switch on the 40 keeping the 100 clean. The pic of my pedalboard/stack on the previous page has an image. Sweet combos of Rumble magic.
Huh...so you stack two combos? Am I understanding this correctly? That's interesting...how do you connect/control them? And how do the 10 and 12 sound together?

I'm sure it does help to get the controls higher up for us grumpy old farts

I have a v3 200c and v2 150c and I'm thinking about slaving the 150 off of the 200 (FX out on 200 and FX in on 150).

A few questions:
  • Does anyone see any issues with doing this?
  • Are there specific gotchas I need to be aware of?
  • Are there sound/balance/tone issues I need to be aware of between the two?
  • OR would I just be better off buying another v3 115/112/210 cabinet?
Thanks!

I only just noticed that the level knob on my Rumble 40 is really just another volume knob, when OD is engaged.
That kinda bugs me, as I thought it's function was more than that.
True that; but the R40 has one of the best sounding O/Ds I tried under 100 watts and $199 and I like that its easy to set and I know what to expect when I step on the o/d pedal.

You'll get the front end EQ of the 200 direct into the power section of the 150. The master volume of the 200 controls the whole shebang. Try it and see if you haven't already.

Are you drunk already?!
bye rumble club
Taking things too seriously is frowned on. Just go over to his house and pee on his carpet.
