Fender Rumble Club

I only just noticed that the level knob on my Rumble 40 is really just another volume knob, when OD is engaged.
That kinda bugs me, as I thought it's function was more than that.
It's just like a level control on a pedal. Allows you to set the OD at Unity or higher. Adds versatility to the amp actually. With the footswitch you can use it as a boost.

Welcome @J-Bassomatic to the Rumble Club and to TB!
Thanks JACink. I was led to TB by a search for Rumble reviews. I had played one at a music store, a 200c and was kind of taken aback by the sound. Went with the head and cab, glad I did. I jammed with some friends a couple weeks ago and the volume was just a shade past noon (same for OD) and came right through loud and clear 3 guitars and a drummer. I haven't played in years so I'm starting over, got a new MIM J bass a couple months back and wanted to hear it in a band situation.
