All parts are genuine Fender and were purchased through http://stores.ebay.com/The-STRATosphere (no affiliation) and assembled about 2 years ago.
Great Condition nonsmoking home; never gigged, American standard body with 3-color sunburst finish. A few light swirls on the back of the body, no dents or dings.
Fender Highway One Maple neck with very nice DARK rosewood fingerboard and 70s style logo. This is the older model with modern C profile, graphite rods, and 1-11/16" nut (identical to current American Standard Precision necks). The front of headstock has been professionally repaired and finished in vintage tint nitro; a pilot hole for the new tuners was accidently drilled too deep and barely went to through to the other side. No dents or dings on the neck
Fender custom 60s precision (split coil) pickup, low mass (old style) American standard bridge with through bridge or through body option, Gotoh Res-O-Lite non reverse long stem tuners, tortoise shell w-b-w pickguard, weighs around 9lbs but I can get an exact weight for the interested buyer. It is currently wearing a fresh set of balanced DAddario XL 100s. I can throw in a never used set of Fender 9050L .45-.100 flats if youre interested. Comes with vintage tolex G&G hardshell case in great shape!
Why Im selling
I just purchased a Fender 63 AVRI Precision so this ones got to go. This is a great meat & potatoes bass with a modern twists. No issues whatsoever. Plays great, has low action and fully adjustable truss rod. Please dont hesitate to ask me any questions!
