Fernandes bass make

I recently purchase a fernandes bass online from japan...and when i got it it has a giant label that said made in china...i thought it was made in japan...did i get ripoff

I doubt it, I'm guessing you just didn't do all your homework. Lots of Japanese guitar companies (like ESP and Ibanez) have their lower tier models made outside of Japan.

Their other brand is Burny....i got the artist model too...i couldnt find anywhere where it was made....

Even many Made in USA instruments have their necks and bodies made in China. The rest is done in the USA and meets the 40% local content required to wear the Made in USA label. Do some digging and you'll find F****r and P*S fit this category, among many others.
Made in China does not automatically mean it's crap, it's likely that Fernandez have it made to their specifications. However, I do believe that Fernandez is not of the quality now it was in it's heyday, when it was better than Fender.

i had my epiphone...made in china....total crap....very disappointing....i rather made in mexico than in china....

Well, I have a 90's Japanese Fernandes bass and it's nothing special, honestly. I once had an 80's Fernandes Strat that was awesome though.
