The question was asked,

Do you spray poly out of a can? If so how long do you wait b4 you buff.. ex...

I use Minwax gloss poly in a spray can. I spray several coats initially, waiting only about 20 minutes between coats. Then I wait about 4 days and sand smooth. Then I repeat the process again. After the last time, I wait a couple of weeks, then wet sand to about 1500, then buff with some rubbing compound, followed by polishing compound.
