Finally, A Proper Home Practice Setup

During the Covid downtime I've setup a proper practice station in my music room. Recently added a Beatbuddy mini 2 and compact pedal board atop a small storage dolly. The pedal board is scaleable and keeps the area free of unwanted clutter. Everything at arms reach.

This has spurred lots of new material and keeps the calluses in fighting form. I've got JR Cash, Dino, & Mick around for inspiration. Hope to be ready when the gigs come back.

Looks a little cramped in your bass corner. Couldn't you move the piano a bit?

Thanks! Actually the corner is a good fit and has worked out nicely.

My wife found that artwork and thought it would be great for the music room part of the man cave.

Oh wow, now I'm really jealous...that's some fantastic furniture!
Is that a barber's chair of some sort?
And that radio...my grandad had something very similar I'd have loved to get my hands on...sadly it caught fire one evening!

Thanks! Yeah, I have another 3 vintage barber chairs in the other area of the man cave. They recline, are very comfortable, and make great conversation pieces.

The radio is a 1939 GE. I've been able to get the BBC & Radio Moscow on it, but it's been a while since I even turned it on. Plus a few other oddball antiques.
