I like that versatility. Mostly I play w/ both p up's open wide and my tone open wide to treble.
That is generally the approach that I use with my Gibson Thunderbird...
It has the same three-knob control configuration as the Geddy Jazz...
That is another reason that I picked the Geddy for a back-up/companion... Similar neck feel and controls, but now I have a different set of sounds to work with...
