We are booked to play tomorrow evening at one of our regular Independent Living Facility venues. This is a place we normally play 6 to 8 times a year, and they already want to book us for the remainder of 2021. We usually play for an hour plus, and the audience is always appreciative. Our normal schedule pre Covid was between 38 and 42 shows a year; and that's with taking January and February off to work on new material. I doubt that we will approach those numbers this year, since this is the first of our regular venues that has contacted us. If I can remember I will try to take a few pics; the setup and tear down dances are usually so busy that there is little time for photos.

Here's an update on last nights' gig. As we arrived at the venue (Independent Living Center) they took our temperature and asked a bunch of health related questions. I took a few photos, but I'll have to figure out how to get them from my cell phone before I can post them.

Two of our members couldn't make it last night, so there were only 5 of us. I play mostly mandolin in this group along with vocals and guitar, and fill in on bass when needed. I got to the venue about 40 minutes before we played, and Garry (our BL) was doing the setup dance. I joined in until the rest of the group arrived to help, at which point I concentrated on setting up my gear. We ran everything through the PA last night, so no separate amps were used. We played for about 75 minutes; here's our set list:
