So I was walking to my car after the gig last night and snap - the handle on my Shuttle 3.0-10T combo breaks on one side. Bummer. Amp didn't hit the ground so that's good.

My guy at the store will be calling today. I hope a new handle will be on the way soon. Th ehistory of CS at GB is on my side.

Or maybe this was an omen - get the new Shuttle Max...

that handle hurts (with the 6.0 12T).. in my opinion.. but there is nothing they can do otherwise.. good luck with the replacement.. are they sending a new handle.. or an entirely new rackmount which gets screwed back atop the cabinet?

If your store doesn't get you fixed up, PM either hasbeen or me and we'll get you back on the road.

Can you send me a picture via e-mail? This is the first time it's happened thatI know of and I would like to see how and where it failed.

Turns out I didn't need the new handle. As I was going to put the new one on, I tried the screw into the handle and it seems to be fine. I wonder if it just worked itself loose? Cab vibrations? I checked the other screw and it was fine.
