Double Bass Fishman Amps- feedback requested

I was at a store that specializes in upright basses and noticed they had Fishman amps. I always knew Fishman made good pickups and preamps for upright bass but amps? That's news to me.

Has anyone used one of the Fishman Loudbox models or their Solo Performance System?

The Fishman Performer and Loudbox Amps were designed as acoustic guitar amps. That doesn't mean that you couldn't use them but IMHO there are a great many choices that would be better suited for DB like Acoustic Image, Euphonic Audio, Walter Woods , and Gallien Krueger just to name a few.
