Fishman Triple Play MIDI Pickup could fit 6 String Bass?

I flirt to use MIDI PU, with bass. The Fishman seems very interesting, since I can plug directly to computer....
But I didn’t find bass demonstration video. The pickup is adjustable, but, I use Yamaha TRB II 6 with 18mm string spaceing, can be the Triple Play pickup wide enough to fit the bridge?

I have an ibanez SRC6. Because of the string spacing the roland bass pickup will not work, but the guitar pickup does line up. I made a separate profile on my VB-99 and can get it to track reasonably well, though the lower strings are near their end of range of adjustment on the electronic side. Though I have yet to try the Fishman this way.

I am curious about the Fishman in the same way and would love to hear if anybody has tried this! I also play a 6-string bass. 18 mm spacing.

IME , pitch to MIDI for bass isn't there.
I have 90ms latency on my lowB string , OK to do pads and atmospheric stuff but anything that need to be tight with a tempo is unplayable.

BTW , these pickups are not MIDI , it is one humbucker pickup per string.
Processing to make it MIDI is done afterward. (Pitch to MIDI)

Sorry for the necro-thread. In the case of the Fishman TriplePlay, all of the pitch to MIDI is done in the unit on the guitar. The only signal sent back is MIDI.

The Fishman Triple Play doesn’t track bass register notes unfortunately, so far they’ve only made it compatible with guitar. Of course even if it did track a bass there would be large latency to the response of the bottom 2 strings

Yep , no bass model and the TriplPlay pickup is 6 humbuckers , then translate from pitch to MIDI just like the All the others.
The processing unit happens to be attached to the humbucker pickup instead of having to be linked by a 13 pin cable.

There is no such thing as a MIDI pickup
