fix'd fuzz? companion clones?

how does the Blackout Effectors Fix'd Fuzz Dlx sit with bass? (In terms of both it's fuzz and OD applications since it seems fairly versatile)

What are some good clones of the Shin-ei FY-2 Companion fuzz? Looking to get some smooth Radiohead bass fuzz (as heard in the last half of "Exit Music for a Film")
