It does, and I have it. When I set up- my basses I like the action as low as possible. On this one, it actually looks unplayable, like a Guitar Center special - If I didn't know any better, a quick look gives the impression the strings are just laying on the frets.
It's not for sale so that won't help you much.
I will say my Geddy Lee Jazz. The absolute only thing I can find wrong with it is that the pups are a little noisy, but its just because its normal single coills.
