Flea Question

I would dounbt that since from what I've read from interviews and histories, Flea has never been into hard drugs. Maybe a little pot now and then but not speedballs, which I think is what Phoenix died from.

More than a little pot. He did an interview with MTV where he said that he had smoked pot every day since he was a teenager until he learned to calm himself with yoga, around the time that "One Hot Minute" came out, I think.

And I agree; there's no way that Flea could not have been tripping during the "Bust a Move" video. Feather pants???

Flea definitely did a lot of acid and cannabis. In some interview he said that doing acid was one of the most influential things in his life, although shortly afterwards he warned against doing it.

I'm fairly sure he never did heroin or crack or anytihng like that. By the way, it was speedballs that River Phoenix took an overdose of. What a shame, so many important people in music and film have gone astray because of drugs. Hillel Slovak, Hendrix.........
