Ya. I can get on a plane with under 28.5oz I assume (SFO). LAX has the same policy. Although FL has a horrible prison system, has anyone made the journey? Gotta be one right? Be safe!

You'd "probably" be alright as I've never seen an airport with dogs at the luggage claim but why not just bring a few pen cartridges along instead?
The 28.5 ounces threw me off. That is a lot of liquid. As ak56 mentioned, you really meant grams.

I'm going from CA to FL but sure won't be carrying anything aromatic. FL is not very 420 friendly. Grandma was arrested at Disney World for having CBD oil. Great-grandmother with CBD oil arrested at Disney World

Crossing state lines with it is taking a significant risk and there's probably extra scrutiny on flights originating in 420 friendly locations.
California is OK, but the airplane is NOT. That's Federal jurisdiction. That's felony territory. FLA I am not so sure about.

Idaho is notorious for stopping cars with Washington plates and searching them for contraband. Arrive on vacation, leave on probation.
Even if it was legal to bring it on a plane, what if the flight was diverted to a state other than the planned destination ? Pass the cuffs.

Even if you are flying within a 420 friendly state, like from San Fransisco to San Diego, you would be in a heap of federal law trouble if you brought 420 aboard the flight. Don't even think about it. Just sayin.
