Fodera emperor II

It's a somewhat newer model, so probably not as many used ones around. Hence, less posts about it. That's my guess.

The Imperial is basically a single cut Monarch (more like a P Bass... no offset), and the Emperor II is basically a single cut Emporer (more like a J Bass with that asymmetrical lower body).

The Fodera boys also have the 'Tommy Kennedy' Emperor II body, which is downsized a bit from the massive standard Emperor II. Very nice!

I used to have an emperor II, this was my bass:

it was a great bass, very comfortable( but my monarch is wy more comfortable and easy to play imo).

anyway, it's a great bass with a great neck and a great sound, mine had a lot of versatility and the preamp combined withh the double coil pu was sooooo powerful.
in single coil mode, it was a great jazz bass (on a lot of steroids)
