Fodera -- It's Vinny, Not Vinnie!

Fellow TB'ers -- a really simple post, can we please, please honor one of the greatest bass makers on the planet by spelling his name correctly? It is Vinny, not Vinnie. I have asked him. Most of the stuff on this board and in print about Fodera gets this simple, but important, fact wrong. Thanks!

Maybe someone should start a "Foderas made by Vinnie Fodera are better than the Vinny Fodera models Club". They could compete with the Club who likes the Vinny Fodera models. Personally, I prefer the basses that Robert Sadowsky makes, but I hear that Gary Nordstrand is doing soem great things. Do you wonder whether Stewart Spector ever had this problem?

I think using "ie" is how one spells the feminine version of a masculine name. Like Ronnie, Johnnie, etc.
