Foley's Lead Bass's Bridge?

Hello everyone.

I am a big fan of Foley who played with Miles Davis and recently played with George Clinton also played with him back in the year 80s.

He plays lead bass which he's been using with piccolo bass strings with his custom-made 4-string lead bass.

I know a Luthier in Istanbul who will make me one and as you will see the picture of him and his lead bass is in the attachment which is taken from his amazing Album cover, the bridge on the lead bass is I have never seen before for a bass guitar.

It has a tremolo bar and looks like some heavy bridge as I see it.

Does anyone know what is the brand or at least some other brand that looks almost like it?

Thanks upfront.

Looks kind of like a Floyd Rose tremolo with only 4 saddles, but it doesn't look like it's actually setup to do any whammying. It could be a 7 string trem with 3 saddles removed.

That thing's literally just a guitar with 4 strings on it and a reverse headstock neck. Telecaster body with the lower cutaway deepened.

I think ‘lead bass’ is exactly the same as piccolo bass. Or am I missing something? So if you install a tremolo on any short or medium scale bass with piccolo strings you have the same. Or not? What scale bass is he using? Or is it just a guitar scale with four strings?
