Forum subscription problem

It seems to be an isolated problem. And I can say with almost total certainty that the database problem we had would not affect email subscriptions.

I would suspect that your ISP has started tagging TalkBass notification emails as spam. Either that or your mail client is tagging them. Look into bulk/spam folders if you haven't already...

Actually I'm having the same problem. Here I was thinking my Recoring Gear forum was going quiet for lack of emails. I notice now it's because there have been no notification emails even though there's been activity in the forum.

But it's not just that forum. Email notifications for individual threads have been sporadic for a while, and not have seemed to have vitrually stopped all together.

I checked the spam filters for both my ISP and email client and that's not it. I also went and checked through my options in "My Talkbass" and that appears OK.

Any ideas?

I am still unable to get any email from that subscription. I receive all my other thread subscriptions, but not that one. I have tried the weekly and daily options, opted out and back in again with no luck. It shows up as a subscribed thread in "My TalkBass", but no emails. Thought it was just me.

Well today I got my first email from the Amps for sale forum in a couple weeks, but the URL was different and when I clicked on it, Yahoo warned me that it was a non standard URL and to beware of possible viruses.
