I actually have that pedal, and dig it a lot. It's a bit like a lo-fi Moogerfooger rong mod vibe with less control over all the parameters.

I would highly recommend investing in the moog ring mod pedal and an expression pedal to go with it if you're looking to get into ring modulation.
