fret buzz above 12th +

Just got my Geddy Lee jazz bass and it's beautiful but there's ton of fret buzz from the 12th fret and up. The action is super low so I'm guessing it needs to be setup for my liking (I love low action but not this buzz!). No strings touch the pickups, and apparently the strings are new (Hotwires...40-.100).

Any other guesses?

I had a similar problem a while back, there was awful buzzing from the 10th fret and up. All I had to do was tighten the truss rod up a little bit. I hope it's that simple for you.
