Fret Buzz

Greetings,
I have a four string electric bass (very new - 6 mths) I seem to get frett buzz at the 12th fret on my A string. No Buzz on the 11th or 13th fret just the 12th. Has anyone had this issue before and if so, what was your solution?

Can you point out to which sticky, perhaps? I'm having the same problem as him, and I didn't really see any relevant info in the stickies (In the defretting topic, people had buzz AFTER defretting, but that is different).
