fretless gsr200 set up

so i have an ibanez sgr200, and a fender style fretless neck, (converted fretless) i put the neck on as a replacement but I'm at a loss as of what to do with intonation, its way off and i can't seem to adjust it, so I'm wondering what the heck i can do.. like does the problem lie in the bridge or somewhere in the neck, or both

The GSR200 comes stock with a 22 fret neck, if the fret less one was originally a 20 fret neck (as most fender style necks are), then there's the cause of your problem.

so will it need a new bridge as well, because i can't seem to get the intonation set right on the bridge, or is it just me?

The neck is the problem, not the bridge. You could solve the problem by relocating the bridge, but to me it would make more sense to replace the neck.

Measure the distance from the nut to the 12th "fret" marker. Then measure that same distance from the fret marker to the bridge--that shows you approximately where the bridge saddle should be. If you can't get there by adjusting the bridge, you would need to move the bridge.

Personally I would just replace the neck before I started moving stuff around the body.

If it's fretless, then the only intonation problems are in your ears and your hands.

If it's lined, then you just need to ignore them - you've mated a different scale neck with the original body. You'll have to move your bridge if you want your fretlines to be correct.
