Well, it's time to thin the herd & so I'm offering up my white Fender Squier Deluxe Jazz Active V that's been modded to a 6-string bass. To do this, all new Gotoh GB7 tuners, a bone nut, & a new bridge was added. Trust me, you cannot find a custom 6-string jazz bass for less than $2200. Get this one for only $465+shipping conus.

Nice bass, but it's against forum (and Paypal) rules to ask for Paypal fees.

I'm pretty curious about the string spacing as well.

Me three...would be very interested to know...this bass and the black one look great...but the spacing has to be real tight since 6 strings have been put on a 5-string bass, all due respect intended, and from the pics it looks like a very nice job was done adding a string

Very curious...did this ever get sold?

  10. From 2008 to now? My guess would be yes. :)

However, this was a really cool instrument to look at. I wonder if shannons documented anywhere on TB on his process of converting the Squier from 5 to 6-string.
