Edit: Bass has been set up and plays like a dream with buttery low action
I bought this T40 because I have always wanted a peavey and a teacher from my youth had one. I have barely touched it because honestly I am just a fender (precision) guy.
This thing is in absolutely mint condition or about as close as you can get for an instrument this old. Dont know a lot about its history other than its been sparingly touched since the mid 90s. It is an early PAF model, with its original HSC.
Ideally I would like to trade it for something fender related. Classic series 50s precision or 70s jazz, almost anything MIJ, or I could maybe add cash towards something MIA. Semi-interested in musicman basses as well, USA only, no sterling by musicman.
Not dying to get rid of it, I have no problem sticking it under my bed and checking the value in another 25 years, but maybe some T40 fanatic on here has a fender they’re not playing and we can come to an agreement.
