THIS is one of the main reasons why I love site! I downloaded some of thier stuff. These guys are BAD!!! Funky azz bass playing. Kind of reminds me of Flea.

the early "incubus" - recordings for some really weird, funky bass work. also try the early "primus" - recordings (les claypool) for heavy, strange funkified bass lines!!

You know I hated Kool and the Gang when the disco thing was going on. So I never paid that much attention to them. But going back and listening to Kool Bell's playing I have different viewpoint now. That guy was pretty funky
